Good morning from the farm, a beautiful sky of gray, blue and orange is rising over the trees as we prepare to open at 9 am.  It looks like a warm November day, with temperatures expected to hit around 65 degrees, long sleeves and light work gloves are still helpful while perusing the trees.
Our famous hot spiced Rinker's Cider awaits you at the main barn, and we have a great selection of our Mountain Slow Grown Douglas Fir and Colorado Blue Spruce, with Blue Spruce up to 15 feet tall! If you plan on cutting a large tree, bring at least 3 or 4 strong men to bring it from the fields, as we cannot help on weekends.  We have fresh made wreaths, local honey, garland, a selection of tree stands and some Snickers Gap Swag available in the barn, no need to go anywhere else this Black Friday, we stand with REI in thinking you should be outside only today!

Notaviva Vineyards will be on hand offering tastings from their latest vintages, Bluemont local Wild Hare Cidery will be here to provide tastings of their artisan hard ciders, Billy Iaccone has some of his woodwork for sale and Finn's Snack Shack under the Green Tent at the main barn has delicious hot dogs, soft hot pretzels, hot chocolate, drinks and snacks for sale as well.
Merry Christmas!
